"After trying yoga with four different teachers over the past 10 years and always quitting, I have found complete satisfaction with Sue's classes the last two years. Not only is she a superb teacher, but she makes everyone in class feel so comfortable with their level of participation. Sue is warm, caring, inspiring, and always taking classes to improve her teaching. I feel so blessed to take her classes.
Thank you, Sue, for helping to so greatly improve the quality of my life."

Para Yoga
Themed classes include asana (postures) to build strength, stability and flexibility; pranayama (breathing techniques) to increase lung capacity, balance the hemispheres of the brain, still and control the mind, and relax the nervous system; bandhas (locks); mudras (hand seals); kriyas (internal energy movements to purify consciousness); and meditation to enhance students’ well-being and sense of deep peace. Students will gain the ability to contain, direct and control their prana (life force energy).

Senior Yoga
These gentle yoga classes are suitable for all seniors. Classes begin with a themed centering and breath work and continue with postures to build strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. They include a restorative posture and deep relaxation and end with meditation. Proper breathing techniques are taught, with emphasis on breathing into the present moment, self-acceptance and letting go of expectations.
"Thank you for leading me into the world of yoga. It is a constant source of replenishment for body and mind. Your teaching seems to be effortless, your energy not ending: soft and strong."
Orla M.

"I do yoga with Sue in order to be able to walk. When I complete a class I feel as I I’ve grown at least three inches taller. "
